| Argonaut-XR 
The XR offers exceptional value for deployments in less than 40 m of water. Mounted on the bottom of a river, channel, or harbor, the XR can automatically adjust its measurements for changing water level (see AutoTide). Its small size, rugged build, and flexible architecture make the XR ideal for both real-time and autonomous deployments. The basic autonomous system includes multi-cell current profiling, external battery pack, internal recorder, and compass, tilt, pressure, and temperature sensors. Options such as a non-directional wave package, an external LCD data display, a SeaBird MicroCAT CT sensor, or a YSI multi-parameter water quality probe make the XR the centerpiece of a complete data collection system.
