研究背景在全球变化研究中,河流、湖泊等内陆水体并非只是碳从陆地输送到海洋的通道,也是重要的碳转化与温室气体释放界面。进入水体的有机碳,一部分在水体中滞留埋藏,另一部分则通过微生物分解、厌氧产甲烷和气体扩散等过程转化为CO₂和CH₄,并释放到大气中。在快速城市化地区,土地利用变化、生活污水输入、河网改造和营养盐富集会进一步改变水体理化环境与碳循环过程。然而,不同类型城市水体的温室气体排放差异及其驱动机制仍有待明确。围绕这一问题,中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所程俊翔老师团队在国际期刊 《Science of the Total Environment》发表研究成果。研究以高度城市化地区苏州河湖系统为对象,开展 CH₄ 和 CO₂ 通量原位监测,并同步测定水体理化指标,系统揭示了不同类型城市水体温室气体排放的时空格局及主要驱动因素,为城市水体碳循环评估与排放管控提供了实测依据。 图1.苏州市土地覆盖图,展示了河流与湖泊的采样点位。根据汇水区内的主要景观组成,这42个采样点被划分为四种类型:城市(U)、农业(A)和混合(M)区域内的河流,以及湖泊(L)。研究方法研究区域:苏州市,长三角核心城市,城市化率77%,水域面积占比34.6%。采样时间:2021年5月、7月、9月(因疫情取消冬季采样);样点设置:共42个断面:27条河流 + 5个湖泊;根据流域景观类型划分:城市型河流(U)、农业型河流(A)、混合型河流(M) 和湖泊(L);数据采集与分析:监测指标:CO₂和CH₄通量、水温、pH、DO、TDS、NH₃-N、TN、TP、COD、叶绿素a等;统计分析:Pearson相关分析、逐步多元线性回归、热点分析(Getis-Ord Gi*);研究采用PS-3010超便携CH₄/CO₂土壤呼吸系统(北京理加联合科技有限公司),搭配微型便携式温室气体分析仪和水上浮体,实时监测水—气界面 CH₄...
