 LGR是世界上最知名的激光痕量气体和稳定性同位素分析仪供货商。随着OA-ICOS技术日臻完善,为研究者带来了更大的方便,在以往很难测量的领域提供了测量的可能。

      因为性能优良,数据稳定,越来越得到用户的认可,目前广泛应用在碳水通量测定,大气痕量气体变化的测量,水文同位素研究,CO2/H2O稳定性同位素廓线测量和土壤CH4通量等方向的研究。在近两年发表了大量的文献,现将部分文献目录列出,共各位用户参考。

研究背景作为我国西部重要的生态安全屏障,祁连山南坡的阿咪东索小流域地处高寒干旱带,不仅承载着独特的山地生态系统,更是下游河西走廊及绿洲农业的关键补给水源。在高寒干旱区,极端气候条件和强烈的蒸发效应会导致水体同位素信号呈现出显著的时空变异性。稳定氢氧同位素作为示踪水文循环路径的“天然指纹”,成为精准揭示降水、地表水、地下水和土壤水之间的复杂转化关系与补给机制的理想手段。然而,尽管稳定同位素在水文学中的应用进行了大量的研究,但以往研究多集中于单一水体或大尺度区域,对于像阿咪东索这样的高寒干旱小流域尺度下多种水体(降水、河水、土壤水、地下水)同位素特征的综合演化规律及其与区域气候 - 水文过程的关系,尚缺乏系统性解释。阿咪东索小流域凭借其高海拔、强季节性波动及干旱特征,成为了解析高寒干旱区水文动态、弥补研究尺度缺口的天然实验室。基于此,青海师范大学曹广超老师团队以祁连山南坡阿咪东索小流域为研究对...

复杂胁迫下作物产量早期预测的挑战与瓶颈作物产量预测是评估田间管理效果与辅助育种决策的关键环节。相较于传统作物模型依赖多源复杂参数,机器学习模型结合遥感技术,能以无损、高通量的方式实现作物表型监测与产量预测。尽管如此,现有模型在实际应用中仍面临两大挑战:(1)早期预测精度不足:作物冠层结构对干物质积累的影响随生长期推进而增强,导致依赖形态变化的模型在早期预测精度受限,难以满足育种早期决策需求;(2)复合胁迫下的泛化误差:田间环境复杂,水氮胁迫往往联合发生。年份间的环境变异及胁迫组合差异,导致模型在面对与训练集分布不同的目标样本时,产生显著的泛化误差;基于此,中国农业科学院陈震老师团队联合河南大学、邢台农科院等团队在《Agricultural Water Management》发表研究。团队以水氮联合胁迫下的冬小麦为研究对象,结合无人机高光谱遥感数据,提出了一种基于多胁迫数据融合的可解释跨周期...

研究背景农村生活污水处理对改善人居环境具有重要意义,但其治理过程涉及多个环节,构成了一项复杂的系统工程。过去,受限于农村经济基础薄弱,缺乏物质和制度支持,污水治理手段相对匮乏。然而,随着脱贫攻坚的胜利,我国农村污水处理在一定程度上取得了进展,但仍面临管护机制不健全、设施建设和维护困难等挑战。因此,迫切需要开发低能耗、易管理、高效的污水处理技术。传统污水处理方式往往存在高能耗和高成本等问题,导致治理效果不尽如人意。人工湿地技术(CWs)因其低能耗、低成本和较好的处理效果,成为一种理想的处理方案。然而,由于废水中碳负荷较高,人工湿地在去除营养物质和有机物的过程中可能排放大量CO2,这不仅会加剧全球变暖问题,还可能降低其生态效益,进而限制了人工湿地在污水处理中的广泛应用。基于此,山西农业大学甄志磊老师团队以山西省运城市的一个农村生活污水处理厂为研究对象,提出了利用厌氧预处理与先进人工湿地处理工艺...

研究背景甘蔗是全球生物经济的基石,其高产高效依赖于精准的养分管理。传统的营养评估方法依赖于实验室化学分析,但这些方法不仅具有破坏性,还非常耗时且成本高昂,难以满足精准农业对高频、原位监测的需求。可见光-近红外-短波红外(Vis-NIR-SWIR)光谱技术因快速、无损等优势,已成为农业科学中的一种强大分析工具。然而,叶片样品制备方式(鲜样原位测量和烘干磨碎测量)对光谱预测性能的影响仍存争议。尽管新鲜样品在光谱研究中被广泛使用,但在甘蔗NPK综合估算中,系统地评估样品干燥对预测性能的影响,特别是与先进的机器学习算法相结合时,仍然是一个有待探索的问题。近期,巴西巴拉那联邦科技大学的研究团队领衔,联合米纳斯吉拉斯州立大学和马林加州立大学的研究团队,以甘蔗叶片为研究对象,系统评估了不同样品制备方式对Vis-NIR-SWIR光谱预测N、P、K含量的影响。相关研究成果发表于《Measurement》期刊...
