 LGR是世界上最知名的激光痕量气体和稳定性同位素分析仪供货商。随着OA-ICOS技术日臻完善,为研究者带来了更大的方便,在以往很难测量的领域提供了测量的可能。

      因为性能优良,数据稳定,越来越得到用户的认可,目前广泛应用在碳水通量测定,大气痕量气体变化的测量,水文同位素研究,CO2/H2O稳定性同位素廓线测量和土壤CH4通量等方向的研究。在近两年发表了大量的文献,现将部分文献目录列出,共各位用户参考。

研究背景干旱区森林的植物水文过程是区域水循环的重要组成部分,不仅影响群落结构、生态功能和生产力,也关系到区域物质与能量平衡。作为干旱生态系统最主要的水分输入,降水具有显著的季节差异和有限的时间可利用性。天山北麓针叶林是典型的寒温带森林,春夏降雨较为充沛,冬季寒冷漫长,降雪量较大且积雪持续时间较长,形成了独特的季节性水分供给格局。然而,在这一降水时空格局下,植物在生长季对夏季降雨与冬季来源水分的相对利用程度仍不清楚。基于此,新疆大学常顺利老师团队联合新疆生产建设兵团等团队,以天山北坡的异果小檗和黑果栒子为研究对象,借助稳定同位素技术,解析不同季节降水对土壤补给及灌木用水的贡献,为认识干旱区山地森林的水分利用策略及其对气候变化的响应提供了数据支撑。相关成果发表于《Journal of Hydrology: Regional Studies》。 图1.研究区及采样样地的位置。a为中国及天山山脉的...

小麦蛋白质含量直接影响面粉的加工品质与经济价值。传统凯氏定氮法虽准确,但耗时且会破坏样品,难以满足快速检测需求。近红外高光谱成像为蛋白质无损估算提供了新方法,但海量波段也带来了较高的数据处理和设备成本。因此,如何筛选少量关键波长,在简化模型与硬件的同时保持估算精度,成为推动该技术实际应用的关键。针对这一问题,印度科学与创新研究院与澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学联合团队利用高光谱成像技术,结合混合波长筛选与光谱分箱方法,从147个波长中锁定6个关键波长,实现了小麦蛋白质含量的准确估算,相关成果发表于《Food Chemistry》。 图1.实验流程:数据处理、光谱预处理、波长选择、光谱分箱及模型构建。实验设计研究团队采集了2021至2022年度印度5个小麦主产区的621份样本,蛋白含量覆盖9.5%至17.25%的宽幅范围。采用Resonon Pika NIR-320高光谱成像仪获取光谱数据,每份...
