研究背景黍子是我国最早驯化的谷物之一,栽培历史超过1万年,至今仍是长城沿线地区的重要粮食作物。氮素直接影响黍子的生长、产量和籽粒品质,但过量施氮会降低肥料利用效率,并增加资源浪费和环境负荷。传统黍子叶片氮含量主要采用凯氏定氮法测定,虽然结果准确,但需要破坏性采样,且难以满足大田快速监测需求。无人机遥感与深度学习为作物氮素无损监测提供了新途径,但相关研究多集中于主粮作物,针对黍子的高精度估测方法仍较缺乏。近日,山西农业大学农业遗传资源研究中心王君杰老师团队在《Agronomy》发表研究,融合ASD冠层光谱、无人机RGB影像、植被指数和纹理特征,并结合机器学习与深度学习估算黍子叶片氮含量,为黍子氮素无损诊断和小杂粮表型监测提供了新的技术方法。 图1.实验区域、无人机影像和实验数据采集。(a) 中国山西省位置。(b) 山西省忻州市繁峙县位置。(c) 实验场地布局。(d) 使用ASD FieldSpec 4地物光谱仪进行地面光谱采集。(e) 无人机影像采集。研究方法实验设计:研究在山西省忻州市繁峙县集义庄村开展,本试验设置有机肥替代化肥梯度,共8个施肥处理:不施肥对照(CK)、100%化肥(IF)、100%有机肥(OF)、10%有机肥 + 90%化肥、30%有机肥+70% 化肥、50%有机肥+ 50% 化肥、70%有机肥+30% 化肥、90%有机肥+10%化肥;研究团队分别在拔节期、开花期、灌浆期和成熟期同步开展遥感观测与植株采样,最终获得96组样本;叶片氮含量采用凯氏定氮法测定,作为模型构建和精度评价的实测基准;遥感数据获取:地面冠层光谱:采用ASD FieldSpec 4地物光谱仪采集黍子冠层光谱,并在每次测量前后进行白板校准;无人机RGB影像:无人机搭载RGB相机,在距地面30 m高度获取试验区影像;数据处理:研究采用连续投影算法筛选11个氮素敏感波长,并构建6个三波段植被指...
