在全球变化背景下,水循环正在被重新塑造。降水如何进入土壤?土壤水如何被植物吸收?深层土壤水是否参与地下水补给?这些问题看似分散,却都指向同一个关键介质——土壤水。近日,西北师范大学朱国锋老师团队在《Scientific Data》发表数据论文,构建并发布了一个全球尺度的土壤水稳定同位素数据集。该数据集系统整合1975—2024年间的土壤水氢氧稳定同位素观测资料,共收录27,455 条记录,覆盖六大洲、37个国家和463 个观测点,为解析全球土壤水循环过程、校准水文模型以及研究植被水分利用策略提供了重要数据基础。图1.(a) 全球土壤水稳定同位素数据集中采样点的空间分布;(b) 记录的时间分布;以及 (c) 按类别划分的分布。数据从哪里来?数据来源分为三条路径:文献提取(15,051条记录):系统检索Web of Science、Scopus和Google Scholar,从262篇同行评审论文中提取数据,时间跨度从1975年到2024年;开放数据库(973条记录):来自Water Isotopes开放存储库;原位实测数据(11,431条记录):该部分数据由西北师范大学石羊河流域观测站自2015年起连续监测获得,时间延续至2024年,约占全球数据集的41.6%;技术验证为保证跨区域可比性,团队对历史数据进行统一标准化与质控,并对实测数据实行从采样到分析的全流程规范管理;研究采用生态水文领域通用分层方案,将全部记录归为四层标准剖面区间:浅层土壤水(0–10 cm)、根系活跃层(10–40 cm)、中层土壤(40–100 cm)、深层土壤(>100 cm);为解决采样深度不一致问题,研究团队采用中位深度匹配和“浅层优先”规则,强化不同土层数据的可比性。多数土壤水样品采用真空低温冷凝萃取法获取,同位素测定主要由激光光谱仪和同位素比值质谱仪完成,从方法层面保障了数据质量;原位实测样品...
