研究背景森林固碳是缓解全球气候变化的重要途径。中国东北温带森林面积广、蓄积量大,在国家碳收支和区域气候调节中具有重要作用,准确评估其碳汇能力意义重大。然而,森林碳汇估算并不只是得到一个数值。观测方法、采样时序、空间异质性和组分测量误差都会影响结果可靠性。现有研究对不确定性来源及其贡献缺乏系统分析,限制了不同结果之间的比较,也制约了森林碳汇估算精度的提升。基于此,中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所朱教君老师团队以东北典型次生林生态系统为对象,结合样地清查、土壤呼吸观测和长期土壤碳库监测,系统评估不同林分的碳汇强度及其不确定性来源,进一步提出低不确定性碳汇估算框架,为提高森林碳汇核算精度提供了重要参考。研究发表在《Journal of Forestry Research》。核心发现(1)三类林分的年均NPP分别为6.90±1.48、7.36±1.75和6.54±1.40 t ha⁻¹ a⁻¹,总体差异不显著。碳输入主要集中在地上部分;(2)三类林分的年均总Rs分别为7.21±1.04、8.66±0.58和5.24±0.33 t ha⁻¹ a⁻¹,Rh分别为4.91±0.98、5.49±1.09和3.86±0.21 t ha⁻¹ a⁻¹。蒙古栎林Rs和Rh最高,较强的土壤碳释放抵消了其较高NPP,最终导致NEP最低。这表明,评估森林固碳能力不能只看植物生产力,土壤碳输出同样关键。(3)次生混交阔叶林、蒙古栎林和落叶松人工林的NEP分别为1.99±1.78、1.87±2.06和2.68±1.42 t ha⁻¹ a⁻¹,说明三类林分整体上均表现为碳汇,其中,落叶松人工林的NEP数值最高,蒙古栎...
