研究背景全球气候变化正在改变干旱与半干旱草原生态系统的稳定性边界。随着年际降水波动增强、大气氮沉降加剧以及放牧压力持续存在,草原生态系统的稳定性正受到多重驱动因子的共同影响。物种丰富度(SR)和地上净初级生产力(ANPP)分别反映群落多样性与生态系统生产功能,二者之间的耦合关系被认为是评估草地稳定性和恢复力的重要生态学指标。然而,已有研究多关注单因子效应或静态气候条件下的生态响应,对于降水变异、放牧干扰和氮输入如何在不同降水年份中共同调控SR–ANPP耦合关系,仍缺乏系统认识。近期,兰州大学侯扶江老师和王晓波老师团队在《Earth's Future》上发表了一项研究,团队以黄土高原典型干旱草原为对象,探讨了不同降水年份下,放牧强度和氮添加如何影响SR与ANPP之间的耦合关系,并进一步解析了植物功能群和土壤因子在其中的调控机制。图1.长期放牧试验平台和氮添加试验区。UG、LG、MG和HG分别代表未放牧、低度放牧、中度放牧和重度放牧。研究方法研究基于中国甘肃省庆阳市环县黄土高原典型草原22年长期放牧实验平台,设置为期3年的放牧强度 × 氮添加裂区试验;实验设计:主区(放牧强度): 禁牧(UG)、轻度放牧(LG, 2.7 sheep/ha)、中度放牧(MG, 5.3 sheep/ha)和重度放牧(HG, 8.7 sheep/ha);副区(氮添加): 不施氮(N0)和施氮(N10, 10 g N/m²/yr);时间尺度:2022年为湿润年,2023年为干旱年,2024年为正常降水年;测量指标:植物群落:SR、ANPP、功能群组成;土壤属性:水分(SM)、容重(BD)、有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、无机氮(NH₄⁺、NO₃⁻)、有效磷(AP)、总磷(TP)等;统计分析:响应比(RR)、解耦指数(DI)、随机森林、结构方程模型(SEM);在该研究中,研究人...
